How you can place your order
You can place your order through our website by selecting the products you wish to receive. Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it. However, if you need to correct any errors you can do so before submitting it to us. You will be informed of any deadlines for placing your order during the order process.
Our menu changes weekly according to what's fresh, local, and in-season. With our service, you get more control of what goes in your package!
When you confirm your order & make payment at the end of the online shop checkout process, we will acknowledge your order confirmation by email. This acknowledgement does not, however, mean that your order has been accepted.
Acceptance of your order
Our acceptance of your order will take place when we send you our order confirmation email to accept it.
If we cannot accept your order
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing or by phone and will not charge you for the Products. This might be because the Products are unavailable, because we cannot authorize your payment, or because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for. We may need to contact you to ask if you are happy for us to substitute some Products in place of others subject to availability. Product Descriptions
Fresh Vegetables Cyprus attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Fresh Vegetables Cyprus does not warrant that product descriptions, photos, or other content of any product is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Fresh Vegetables Cyprus itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to receive a refund for the product. While we don’t anticipate weights to be incorrect, your sole remedy for any error or documented weight-related issue will be resolved via a credit or refund for the product in question. The products may vary slightly from their pictures. We believe our Products always look and taste delicious but please note that the images of the Products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.
Pricing and Availability
All of our Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any Order, to reject all or part of an Order, to discontinue offering certain Products to change the price of the Products and to substitute Products (including, but not limited to, specific produce items) without prior notice. We strive to provide you with high-quality Products, and given the perishable nature of certain Products and market conditions beyond our control, we may be required to make substitutions from time to time.
You agree to pay the Purchase Price of the Products as posted on this website at the time when the order is made.
When you confirm your order & make payment at the end of the online shop checkout process, we will acknowledge your order confirmation by email. This acknowledgement does not, however, mean that your order has been accepted.
The total amount of the Purchase Price shall be payable in full by you according to the payment due date stated at Checkout. Any portion of the Purchase Price unpaid past thirty (30) days shall be considered overdue. All amounts past due are subject to legal interest. In addition, Fresh Vegetables Cyprus shall have the right to pursue any remedies available at law or as provided herein and shall be entitled to reimbursement from you for Fresh Vegetables Cyprus costs of collection, including attorney fees, legal fees and costs and disbursements.
Delivery of the Products
During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the Products to you; this will generally be between the hours of 07:00 and 21:00 on a Tuesday, Thursday or Friday, or Saturday unless we inform you otherwise.
We deliver our Products throughout Nicosia, Larnaca and Limassol at our discretion. We may be unable to accept your order if the delivery address would limit our resources to fulfil our other deliveries. If this is the case, we will always communicate this to you, when you place your order.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
If our supply of the Products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any Products you have paid for but not received.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will leave your Products in your nominated “safe place” (as specified in your order email to us).
You are responsible for inspecting all Products you receive from us for any damage or other issues upon delivery. In addition, you are solely responsible for determining the freshness of the Products you receive. You should always inspect your delivery to confirm that the Products arrive in a cool condition. To maintain the quality and integrity of the Products, we recommend that you immediately refrigerate all perishable Products upon delivery. From the time of delivery, the condition and consumption of the Products are solely at your risk, and you are solely responsible for the proper and safe washing, handling, preparation, storage, cooking, use and consumption of the Products following delivery.
Depending on the season and temperature in your geographic area at the time of delivery, advance planning by you should be made for proper storage of your products prior to consumption.
In the case of inclement weather or other events beyond our control that interfere with our ability to deliver your Order, we will attempt to deliver your Order as soon as reasonably possible. In some cases, delivery may occur prior to the scheduled delivery date. In the event that timely delivery of your Order is not feasible, we will cancel your Order for the period so affected and issue you a credit or refund of the purchase price for that delivery.
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery. In cases in which you have designated an alternative receiver, such person shall accept the meals under all of the same terms and conditions that would apply had you accepted the delivery yourself.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery shall be made in accordance with Fresh Vegetables Cyprus policy in effect on the date of shipment. Delivery dates provided by Fresh Vegetables Cyprus are estimates only. Fresh Vegetables Cyprus will make reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates; however, Fresh Vegetables Cyprus will not be liable for failure to deliver as estimated. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Fresh Vegetables Cyprus shall be packaged according to Fresh Vegetables Cyprus standards and practices.
No Resale
You are not permitted to resell or otherwise use the Products for commercial purposes.
Returns and Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with any product, please contact us at fresh.vegetables.cyprus@gmail.com within 24 hours of your delivery and, depending on the circumstances, we will provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that product or replace the product. We may require the return or photographic documentation of any product with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a replacement, credit or refund.
Disclaimers
You are solely responsible for the proper and safe washing, handling, preparation, storage, cooking, use and consumption of the products you receive from us. You are also solely responsible for knowing about any food allergies you may have and verifying the products and their contents before handling, preparing, using or consuming such products.

Governing law and venue
These Terms, your access to and use of the Sites and your order, receipt and use of the Products shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles. Any Dispute between the parties shall be heard before the Larnaca Distict Court having exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate upon any dispute between the parties arising in the course of your access to and use of the Sites and your order, receipt and use of the Products. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Larnaca District Court and you hereby waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue.
Termination
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, we reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your right to access or use the Sites and to order, receive and use the Products, at any time and for any or no reason, and you acknowledge and agree that we shall have no liability or obligation to you in such event and that you will not be entitled to a refund of any amounts that you have already paid to us, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Severability
If any term, clause or provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, then that term, clause or provision will be severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining part of that term, clause or provision, or any other term, clause or provision of these Terms.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fresh Vegetables Cyprus relating to your access to and use of the Sites and your order, receipt and use of Products. These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you without the prior written consent of Fresh Vegetables Cyprus.
